WE ARE MOVING!!!!

Oh the changes we are making!

First off, we are MOVING!

Yes, after four wonderful years in Gunter, we are loaded up and headed out to Plano! As much as I absolutely love Gunter and love the space we have inhabited over the past years, it is time to move on. We've known for a while that the majority of clients that we serve come to us from Dallas. This means people are driving over an hour and a half to even GET to us! One person drove 6 and a half hours to get here for a workshop....another family I know drove over 2 and a half hours to come see Santa here.

While it led to some wonderful ideas, for instance: Santa's after party started because I knew how long the drive was! (That will be staying even though we are moving!) It also led to the realization that it's hard to truly serve our people from so far away.

I'm going to miss the wonderful times that we've had in the space! We've shot families, newborns, seniors, magazine covers, CD covers, competition prints, hairstyles for hair salons, boudoir, and so many other fun shoots....and we've had workshops. Workshops that yielded some incredible art and incredible friendships! I mean, how can you hang out making art all day and not leave as friends?

None of this will change in the new space! The laughter and art and creativity will be enhanced in the new place! There is a wonderful darkroom space, there's a classroom, there's a FABULOUS shooting space.

Basically, we've taken over a house. That house is our new studio. I can't wait to share all the things about it with you all! For now, here's a couple of photos of the outside. There's also a couple of photos that are celebrating the chaos of moving....while filming promo videos...in the old space...haha... because really, life is nothing without humor and some chaos, RIGHT!?!?
