PORTRAIT SESSION: Timing depends on your child. If we have what we need and they're going to hit a wall, we're done. If it takes a minute for them to warm up, we wait. The goal here is happy memories and gorgeous portraits.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions...but as always, we will find a way to happiness!
COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Robin Thompson and Flyhippie Photography.
CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining digital copies for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
